👥 Gathering & Guest Policy The maximum number of overnight guests is 8. A gathering is defined as more than 12 people on the property at any time, including day visitors. All gatherings or events must be pre-approved at booking and may be subject to an event fee and additional terms. Security deposits will be required for gatherings, along with a signed rental agreement. This is handled through our channel manager system after booking. Unauthorized events or gatherings may result in immediate cancellation of your stay without refund. 🏡 House Rules 🚭 No smoking anywhere inside the home or on the porch. 🐾 No pets allowed on the property. ❌ No fighting or disruptive behavior will be tolerated. ⚽ No recreational sports (e.g., baseball, football, golf) permitted in the yard to protect landscaping and ensure safety. 🔕 Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. A refundable security deposit of $350 is required and will be requested through Airbnb’s Resolution Center after booking.
